Listings - No limits and no juggling, trying to decide what listings to include and what to leave out are a thing of the past. With the VIP account you can list all of your listings on the website and never have to worry about making room for just one more.

Open Houses - Since VIP Agents often have many open houses scheduled at a time, they need lots of space to schedule those open houses in. Our database is your playground. If you have six, eight, ten open houses schedules every day we can accommodate that, and more.

Images per Listing - Clients love to know what they're seeing, before they see it. The more details and information a client gets, the more likely you are to get exposure from clients who are interested in your properties. This VIP Agent account allows you to load up your listings with as many images as you can gather.

Featured Listings - Many of the pages of the site include a random collection of "featured listings". This account level allows you to highlight seven (7) of your best listings in this "featured" collection. Your listings, as featured listings, will get more attention than other listings in the site.

Virtual Tours - Are handy for giving clients a 360-degree view of rooms in your listed homes.  This account level allows you to add seven (7) virutal tours to each listing that's enough for almost one in every room in most homes.

Custom Agent Website Link - If you have a personal website that you use for your Real Estate business we provide you with a standard link to your homepage. This will drive interested clients to your site where they can browse other listings that you have displayed in your own setting. As a VIP Agent, your website link can be customized to use your favourite graphic, text or label. It's all about you and your listings, really.

Hands Free - The VIP Agent account includes options not available to other accounts, including the ability to e-mail or phone in your open houses and listing information and have someone else input the data for you. This relieves you of the time and effort required to input the data yourself.

Customization - While we're customizing the website link why don't we customize the whole page?  This includes banners, custom colours, printable versions of the page for easy, branded brochures and listing pages.  All customization is done to your specifications by us or can be provided by you at your discretion.
