Listings - This is the total number of listings that you will be able to have entered in to the database at any one given time. Meaning that if you reach your total and which to add another listing you will have to remove an existing listing first.
Open Houses - Similar to the listings database option, the database will only accept and display the number of listings available depending on the agent's subscription class.
Images per Listing - This is the maximum number of images allowed to be associated with a specific listing. In special instances and circumstances this limit can be exceeded. Contact the webmaster for details.
Featured Listings - Many of the pages of the site include a random collection of "featured listings" that appear in the side-bar and various locations on the site. This allows those featured listings to receive more exposure than other listings.
Virtual Tours - Are handy for giving clients a 360-degree view of rooms in your listed homes.
Agent Website Link - A standard link to agent websites (where available) will be included for all accounts except Pay per Listing accounts.
Hands Free - While the service we provide is a straight forward and easy to use one, we recognize that an agent's time is at a premium and even the few minutes it takes to enter in listing data can be better spent working on deals. That's where Hands Free comes in. This feature allows you to phone or email your listings (as simple as time, date and MLS number) and let us do the rest.
Customization - This enables agents to have their listing pages completely customized with regard to style, colour, font and image location. This includes brochure-style formatting for printed pages.
