How do I search for listings?
There are two search options available on the site, both of which is shown in the sidebar at the right of the screen. You can search either by area or search all listings at large.
How do I save search results for later review?
Users who have signed up to the service (it's free by the way) and have logged in to their account can save searches. At the top of the search results page which is displayed following a search is a button labeled "Save This Search", selecting that option will allow you to give the search parameters that you used a name and connect that search to your profile for later review. You can also set the search to notify you when new listings are added to the database which match your criteria.
How do I save my favourite listings for later review?
Users who have signed up to the service (it's free by the way) and have logged in to their account can save listings to their favourites. While viewing individual listings there is a button under the basic listing information labled "Add To Favourites" which will allow you to save that listing to your profile for quick review.
How do I refine the map view to show properties that are more appropriate for me?
Using the form located below the map you can choose price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, location, and open house date to filter out the listings so that you can find a home that is best suited to your wants and needs. Inlcuded in our database is an extensive listing of Points of Interest that can also be displayed on the map.
